Steve and I are parents of two girls, ages 9 and 11. Steve is 38 and I am 35. We have been married 14 years. I have struggled with my weight since high school, but Steve just started within the last five years. We have tried to lose weight so many times and have had some success. Recently, we have both been so inspired by Biggest Loser and the idea of creating a whole new lifestyle for ourselves. We are creating an exercise routine that includes weights and cardio, we are developing new eating habits that include vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean meats. We are so excited to be on this journey together. We are looking at this as an opportunity to hold each other accountable in a fun and creative way, as well as possibly inspire others.
